Most common side effect of ERYTHRO 250MG TABLET are diarrhoea, feeling or being sick (nausea or vomiting), and stomach cramps, loss of appetite, bloating and indigestion.

Very rarely, it can cause chest pain, skin rash, stomach pain, yellowing of skin/eyes, seizures (fits), hallucination, ringing in the ear, and fever. These side effects may be for short interval of time, but if these persists speak with the doctor.
