What is TIOVA ROTACAPS?
Tiova Rotacaps is a bronchodilator medicine that is used to control and prevent symptoms of respiratory diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 12 years of age.
Tiova 18 mcg Rotacap is an anticholinergic medication. It works by comfortable the muscles in the airways and widens the airways. This makes breathing easier.
HOW TO USE TIOVA ROTACAP
Rotacaps must not be swallowed. Check the label for directions before use. Place the medicine at the base of rotahaler, not in the mouthpiece. Twist the mouthpiece totally until your hear a click and breathe in deeply through the mouthpiece. Hold your breath for up to 10 seconds. If some powder remainder in the rotahaler repeat the process.
The missed shot should be taken as soon as possible. It is advisable to skip the missed dose if it is aforehand time for your next scheduled dose.
Seek emergency medical nursing or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.
